Windows Store App Netflix Error H1-WI

Anybody know anything about this? I installed the app and it simply won't launch. I keep getting this error with the text "can't communicate with Netflix, try again later."

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to no avail.

Notes: I originally tried to install the app with using a global Windows login. Have since changed from a local account. Still same problem.

    :)

Netflix app won't work on Windows 10

I think OP is using the Netflix app downloaded from the Store whereas your suggestions apply to someone accessing Netflix through his/her browser. I have no trouble with Netflix in any of my browsers on any of my computers - a ThinkPad 440S, a Surface Pro
3 (both updated to Windows 10) and a Surface Book i7 which will eventually replace both the ThinkPad and the SP3. The Netflix app works on both the ThinkPad and the Surface Pro. It does not work on the Surface Book. Both MS devices have the most recent firmware
and Windows updates. I was getting "Sorry, there was a problem communicating with Netflix. Please try again. (H1-WI) on the Surface Book. Now after updating the firmware, the newest Windows update and a new Netflix app update, I get the same message, however,
with (H1-W80072F89) after "Please try again." I did try online help at Netflix on Monday. My "friendly neighbor Hugo" at Netflix customer support said after I described my problem "Got it, I already know what is going on and how to fix it. I will share the
information with you right away." I was given a link to their website which addressed issues with my home network. I was assured that would fix it. Well, it ain't my home network! I am unable to find anything on what (H1-WI) or (H1-W80072F89) might reference
    anywhere.

    Thoughts?
