Windows Store Apps isn't running at a high FPS

Hello, I am using Windows 10 since 2016 and I always tried to use Windows Store's apps so I can get the best support for my apps, like GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar, etc... But one thing I've seen about using Windows Store's apps such like Minecraft™ Windows 10 Edition, ROBLOX™, or like Halo Infinte, is that those apps in the Microsoft Store always trying to stay lower or approximatively at 60 FPS. Of course, 60 FPS is still good, but I have a high-end GPU and a 165 HZ monitor, and so I don't really like always seeing 60 or 55 FPS on my 165 HZ monitor. The worst is when I play Minecraft i

  2. Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

unable to run window store and update

Sorry for the late response. If the above steps did not work, let's try another troubleshooting step. You can try the suggestion by Linley Meslier above and see if it will resolve the issue. If not, try resetting Windows Store cache. Follow the steps below:

    • Click on Cortana.
    • Type WSreset.exe, then click it.
    • The Store app and a command prompt will open without any messages and it will automatically close when the process is done.
    • Restart the computer.

After doing the steps, try running Windows Store again and see if you can do an update.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
