Windows 10: Windows store apps not working after 20H2 update

hello. I'm a windows user and I updated the latest update 20H2. after updating it. some of windows store apps stop working. these include photos app , videos and movies app, snip & sketch apps. I've tried opening these apps but they do not respond and crash. When i open a video or a photo from this pc app. It do not respond and this pc app crashes. I've tried taking a screen shot by using snip and sketch app but it do not respond. I've tried using windows + shift + S and it do not work anymore. I've try opening the app but it do not respond. But snipping tool works. when I open it I click

Windows store apps not working.

This issue might happen if some of the Windows Store files are corrupted.

To assist you better, write back to us with the following information.

  Are you getting any error messages or error code when trying to open the store/applications that you have mentioned?

  Which Windows 10 build is installed on the system?

  Have you updated Windows to the latest build?
  

For work around, I suggest you to open the calculator using command and check if it is working.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key, type
  calc and press Enter key.
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View All, in the left view pane.
  
• 
  Find and click on Windows Store Apps.
  

If the issue is unresolved, I suggest you to install any pending updates that are available on your system and check.

  Go to Settings > Update & Security >
  Windows Update > Check for Updates.
  

If you have any pending updates remaining to install, kindly install them and check if it helps.

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
