Windows 10: Windows store apps on desktop have small icons

So recently when I booted up Windows the icons on my desktop for apps from the windows store have small icons. Notice the Edge, Terminal, and Spotify icons? I was curious if anyone had a fix for how to resive them so they fill the entire icon space again? Also, is there anyway to make the colored boxes transparent? Thanks

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

what icons are you referring to?
In the Windows Explorer list or desktop?

 

Small icons setting won't change

I suggest that you change or uncheck Use small taskbar buttons by following the steps below:

• Right-click the Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• In the Taskbar tab make sure that Use small taskbar is

• Click Apply and OK.

If the issue still persists, you can change the size of desktop icons.

• Right-click an empty space on the desktop.
• Select View and choose either Large, Medium or Small icons.
• Check if you can change the size of the taskbar button.
