    Windows store apps, Windows updates do not download.


    This also happened a month ago while trying to update a few apps, such as Forza Horizon 5, and download a few others., but then it was benign enough to the point I could drag it over the line by telling it to continue the update after it ran into a problem enough times. However, now about 2 weeks later when Forza needs another update, it is being more persistent. This time, not only will windows store apps not download, but Windows Updates will not either, seeing as how I tried to update Windows to see if it would update, and all the updates my system needed have been at 0% for the last hour.

    Hi Nishadha,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Do you face an issue with a particular\ all apps?

    As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

    We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

    • Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
    • Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

    and

    Follow the same steps to use the Windows update troubleshooter.
