Windows 10: Windows Store Apps Won't Launch (Win10 Update 1903)

None of my apps from the Windows Store will launch, nor can I download most things from the windows store.
The processes launch (according to task manager), and then immediately close.
My PC has all current (as of 10/26) windows updates.
Windows 10 Pro with Update 1903.

I subscribe to the Microsoft Game Pass for PC and am trying to play the games such as Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2, OMEN Command center, Outer Worlds, etc.., So getting kind of frustrated that I cannot use my paid subscription.

I have already tried re-registering the store with powershell as an administrator.
I've tried resetting the store both in settings, and with wsreset.exe
I've deleted the store cache.
I've checked permissions on the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps folder.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling all of the apps, including the store itself, with my A/V and firewall disabled.
I ran sfc /scannow with no issues.
I've ran the Store troubleshooter, and the Find and Fix problems with Windows Store.
I've also tried installing and running them under a different user profile.

Please help :3

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Get Windows 10 App won´t launch

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me. Finally after a lot of manual updates, my Get Windows 10 app is showing in the taskbar.

However, now when I left click it, right click Get Windows 10, right click Check your Update status, the app launches and immediately closes down again.

The options Go to Windows Update and Get to know Windows 10 do work.

Just the app won´t launch. Anyone ideas?

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.
