Windows 10: Windows Store - Blank Sign In

I am trying to log into the Microsoft Store App to download a game I purchased. When I click the sign in button at the top right and then choose the account I am wanting to sign in with a Blank Box appears in the center of the screen and won't populate with the fields I need to enter my password. I have already reset the app and this hasn't solved my problem.

Please give us the complete error message if any.

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
