Windows 10: Windows Store does an infinite loading on windows 8.1

Hello i have an issue on my windows 8.1, i was here to download apps in windows store, and it's loading for 30 minutes i was researching a way to fix it for 8 hours and nothing's fixed, i went to thewindowsclub website it actually loaded, not much, it loaded the store with internet connection error so i did follow the steps on youtube and failed i went to microsoft support to get here for help, what can i do?
