Windows 10: Windows Store Download Error Code: 0x80070005

I purchased a game from the Windows Store and am unable to download it due to the above error code. I've confirmed that my account has Full Control permisson for ‪C:\Users\VinniePizzo\AppData\Local\Packages, and I've even reset Windows Store using wsreset.exe via Admin. Help!

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
