Windows 10: Windows Store download error

I tried to download something from MS but the download was interrupted and was given an error. Checked into it and it said that my windows update is disabled but I've never done that. Tried wsreset but nothing changed. On apps and features MS is missing from the list. I also noticed sticky notes was missing too. This started to happen after the latest windows update.

Skype not downloading from windows 10 store

• Is this issue confined only to Skype app?
• Were you able to access any other apps from Windows Store?
