    windows store download speed shower lying of speeds.


    im currently downloading sea of thieves and it says im getting 70 Mb/s ive never gotten speeds so quick in my life. yet it says i am and im downloading suuuuuper slow. like 2 hours for 25 gigs. in steam i get 15 Mb/s and it goes way quicker than this is. anyone have a fix?

    • I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
    • I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
    • You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.

    Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
      Update & security.
    • Click Update history.
    • Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
    • Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).

    Please post back with the result for further assistance.
