Windows 10: Windows Store Error 0x87AF0008 -

I get this error code each and every time I try to download or update. Windows 10 cannot tell you the version because when I go to setting, system, about the screen vanishes without giving any information. I have run: SFC /scannow DSIM Restorehealth and even reinstalled Windows 10 from ISO. ...

Whenever I try to download an app from windows store this message appears :

Error: The error code is: 0x87AF0008 in case you need it.

I allready tried uninstalling windowsstore from powershell and reinstalling it
