    I have the same issue as in the unresolved thread located here When I run wsreset.exe, nothing happens. The command prompt black screen just hangs.I ran SFC and nothing has helped.

    Hello,

    i just installed windows 10, after that outlook wasnt connecting to the internet anymore.

    so i wanted to download the office apps on the store who do support winddows 10

    i opened the store and i got this code : 0x80072efe

    its not even showing me anything just this code

    how can i fix it?

    App Store Error Code: 0x80072EFE

    I am trying to play the Solitaire collection. It won't start because it says I need a new ms-gamingoverlay. When I click on Continue it takes me to the Microsoft Store and tries to download and install Xbox Game Bar; but it stops with error Code: 0x80072EFE.
    Ever since I ran the feature update to change from build 1904 to build 2004, I cannot download anything from the Store - not even the free desktop themes.
