Windows 10: Windows store flashes for a second and then dissapears

Hi I just encountered a problem with my windows pc. I was going to search for an app in the microsoft store so i clicked the store but nothing happened . The store just flashes for a second or half then dissapears.

It shows no error messages whatsoever.

It just flashes and dissapears.

Screen flashes black for a second

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Do you get any error message?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.

Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Also uninstall and reinstall Display drivers from manufacturer website and check. Refer the steps below.

• 
  Press “Windows + X” and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver icon and click on
  Properties.
  
• 
  Go to Driver tab.
  
• 
  Select Uninstall and follow onscreen instructions.

Windows App Store not working - flashes up then crashes

We understand how you feel about the situation. We're sorry for the trouble. , I would like you to answer the question stated below.

• What troubleshooting steps you have tried??
• Are you able to access other apps on the computer?
• Do you use any proxy to connect to internet?

Method 1
I suggest you to run Windows Store App troubleshooter. Follow the steps given below to run the Windows Store App.



a) Type troubleshooting in the Search Box
present on the Task Bar.

b) Select Troubleshooting.

c) Select View all on the top left corner.

d) Run Windows Store App
troubleshooter.
If the issue persists I would suggest you to try second method.

Method 2
Wsreset.exe Reset the Windows store. Here is the steps:

a: Press Windows key +R and hit Enter on your desktop screen.

b: Type wsreset.exe and hit OK.
