Windows 10: Windows Store Gift Card - Redeemed but is not reflecting in my account

HelloWindows Store Gift Card - Redeemed but is not reflecting in my accountI did $10 previously it shows, but then my $25 2 ones do not. I wanted to buy pro version of an app, but it doesn't show in balance the newer additions of balance in windows store, but all 3 does show in order/list as redeemed etc.I have logged out and in and still this issue.Whats worse is there is literally no support from Microsoft like chat etc.I'm in the US.Please reflect urgently .

Error when redeeming a windows store gift card from bing rewards

Hi I have resolved this issue by the following steps

1) Open https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub and choose the option of the county and type of the account supported by windows store for example "US-Personal Account".

2) You can see the redeem a gift card option in below of the page.

3) Enter gift card number got from bing and submit. It will added to your Microsoft account.
