Windows 10: Windows store insists on logging in with a Useraccount

Hello,I am an admin for a company. One of my clients has a seemlingly well known problem that I just cant solve.Despite being logged in with her workaccount she can't download apps. The store keeps asking for a useraccount. In most cases the apps would install anyway but in this case they dont. It worked fine until a couple of days ago.I already repaired and reseted the shop, I reinstalled it and checked if the Notebook was ever being used with a private account. I even ran an SFC and resynced the systemclock. Nothing seems to work and there is not even a clue on what might have caused this we

Useraccount

Hello,

There are several ways that you can do to remove a user account on your computer. Aside from the steps above, you can also remove defaultuser0 by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R and type netplwiz press
  Enter.
• Select defaultuser0 and click the Remove button.

Once you are done with the steps, get back to us with the results.

 

Windows Store not working

• Have you made any software changes or installed software prior to the issue?
• Does the issue occurs using a different account on your computer?

We suggest you to log out and log in your account in Windows Store. You can also reset the Windows Store cache, kindly follow the steps below on how to do it:

• Click on Start menu.
• Type wsreset and select wsreset.
• Open Store app and see if your downloads are working.
