Windows 10: Windows store missing on pc

Hi, english is not my first lunguage, sorry in advance for errors.i tried every solution i found on this threadhttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-reinstall-microsoft-store-on-my-windows/9273f7cb-0639-490b-b243-64de82b387d7?auth=1, but none worked for me.I don't have microsoft store installed on my pc, i can't find it in any way, the path is also missing and i can't install it again, how can i fix it?This happened after a reset of the pc, and it's been a long time, but now i really need it to install some apps i can't find anywhere else.I can't even install anythin

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

  Are you signing in with Microsoft User account or local user account?
  

I suggest you to follow these steps and check if this helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
  

Restart the PC and sign in with Microsoft User account and check if you are able to find Windows Store icon.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
