Windows 10: Windows store not downloading or updating anything on Windows 11

As the title suggests the windows store wont let me update or download ANYTHING, when i try it either sits on pending for hours on end or it doesn't do anything when I click the install/update button. I've tried basically all of the "fixes" for this but nothing has worked, I have tried the following multiple times - signing out and into my account, repairing the app, resetting the app, WSreset.exe, the Command Prompt - sfc /scannow, restarting my computer multiple times in between doing these steps, I've tried different inputs in Powershell and through all of these steps the results have alway

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.

 

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
