Windows 10: Windows Store not on my new PC.

I have been having an ongoing issue with my audio crackling when having programs open on two monitors. When I go to troubleshoot my audio I receive this message:"We can't open this 'MS-Contact-Support' Link"The Windows Store is not in my download apps. I have tried the following steps with no luck:**Reset the Microsoft Store cachePress the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box,type wsreset.exe -iand then select OK.AND **Reinstall the Microsoft Store appPress Windows key + XClick and Run Windows Powershell AdminCopy and paste the command below then hit Enter:Get-AppXPackage *Windows

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
