Windows 10: Windows Store Not Recognizing Hardware.

Hey! I'm having a problem currently where I can't install any apps that I need via the Windows Store because it can't detect my memory. Does anyone have a solution?

Windows Store Doesn't Recognize DirectX 12?

We suggest that you follow these steps to reset your Windows Store.

• On the desktop screen, press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
• Type WSReset.exe, then click OK.

backup drive not recognized

Hi,

As per the description, I understand that the external backup is not being recognized. I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check for status.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
• Select “Hardware and Devices” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:
