Windows 10: Windows Store Not showing up or opening

So this is going to be a long one. I recently have this issue of trying to open the microsoft store and xbox app on my windows 10 PC. I have tried NUMEROUS attempts to get this to work, with no results. List includes but is not limits to: 2 different Powershell commands, wsreset.exe, windows apps troubleshooter, making sure my services are running, and even did a full wipe and reinstall of windows for the issue to get worst. Before the app just didnt open, but after the windows install it now doesnt show up at all. ive changed permissions and still nothing. Now i am missing the windows store,

Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
