Windows 10: Windows Store PIN Not Working.

I've been trying to log in my other account on Windows Store as I bought an app on that account, yet if I try to sign in, it always asks for a PIN. When I try to enter my PIN the one I usually use to sign in my user, it seems to not work, no matter how many times I try to reset my PIN, it still does not allow me to access my account. Even if I try to remove my PIN, Windows Store still needs me to enter my PIN. Only the user that is logged in with the account which bought with the app can re-install it in Windows Store, not the one I am trying to transfer it to. Is there a fix for this?

The possible cause of this issue is corruption of files or it could be missing registry settings. To address your concern, we suggest you to follow these steps:

• Open File Explorer and browse to this location:
  C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
• Delete everything within that folder
• Go to Settings > Accounts >Sign-in Options, click Add a PIN again and set your PIN
• PIN sign in should work going forward

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.
