    Windows Store Upgrade Failed


    Hi I purchased a new laptop and purchased the Windows 11 Pro from the Microsoft store. It did not give a key but just an install button after the purchase. The install has failed even after trying the next day. I am getting an error code: 0xc004f050.I have tried to activate with the generic key but it says key is invalid even with the internet disconnected. Any other solutions?

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    As per description, you are unable to upgrade to Window 10.
