    Windows Store won't let me sign in. Error Code 0x8007000e


    I had a mandatory update on Tuesday afternoon, didn't go on my PC at all that night. Got on Wednesday morning, Couldn't sign in to Microsoft store/Xbox App/Game Bar..I was online with support for 4 hours, switched between 5 different people until I was transfered to a "Tech Specialist" He/She tried to help me for 20 minutes until I just let them take control of my PC after another 30 minutes still no fix. I have tried literally everything I could possibly think of except fully hard resetting my PC.Will there be an actual update to fix this soon? I uninstalled Windows 10 and reinstalled, tried

    I have tried to back up my save files on a hard drive I have used before, with no problems and I get this Error code 0x8007000E

    Can't backup anything =(

    I have using file history to back up files to an external harddrive. However it now is turned off and when I turn it on I get error code 0x8007000E. How can I fix this?

    What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

    Please give us the complete error message if any.

    For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

    I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:




    • Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command

    • Type wsreset.exe and hit enter

    Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
