Windows 10: Windows Store, XBox Game Bar, and Feedback Hub refusing to run

I have been having an issue for a while no where my Windows Store refuses to open if I try. To clarify, I press the open button and it simply does not do anything. After trying to put in a feedback request, I noticed that the Feedback hub is opening with the message "There’s a problem with Feedback Hub. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." and likewise for XBox Game bar. I have had a lot of problems with this computer and have tried everything aside from a reformat to fix my computermostly because a reformat implies I have to save all of

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

Feedback Hub freezed. Reinstall doesn't help.

To resolve this issue, let's clear the Windows Store app cache and then re-install the Feedback Hub again. To clear, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type CMD, and right-click CMD
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

We also suggest that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.
