Windows 10: Windows Store

Hello everyone,


on the website of microsoft I am logged in with my yahoo email and on my account I can see a game that a friend of mine bought for me.

When I press on it and select INSTALL/PLAY the windows store app opens up and requests me to sign in.


HERE COMES THE PROBLEM!!!


The email that is already put in and I can't change it is an gmail account that I don't know the password to.

Furthermore, gmail says that that email doens't exist.


Also, when I try to log into the windows store app with the yahoo mail, it request the password of the gmail account?!?!


Can anyone help me?

Method 1:

I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
