Windows 10: Windows stuck at restarting

I was editing some audio and tried opening a video. It opened Movies & TV, which is the default on Windows 10. It worked well, then suddenly, after trying to pause the video, the controls stopped working. A lot of clicks later, nothing. The video remains playing. So I assumed it's probably a glitch, so I went to Task Manager and ended the task of Movies & TV. The video obviously stopped playing. However, the program icon is still present on the taskbar. Seek shows a blue window. Tried exiting using the X button, nothing. I went to Task Manager and it seems as the program is nowhere to

Hard drive/ OS issue

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
