Windows 10: Windows stuck in diagnosis repair loop. Won't start.

My windows is not starting. I have dell Inspiron 15 5548.

My laptop was as not working properly so i did a system restore. But then the laptop wont start. It is stuck in preparing repairs, attempting repair followed by a restart or shut down option.

I have tried bootrec.exe/ fixboot but it returns with access denied.

Later tried startup repair, didnt work.

Attempted safe boot with networking. Doesnt open.

Later tried dell dell back up and recovery. Doesnt work.

Also tried system recovery, doesnt work.

What shpuld i do?

I tried uefi diagnostics, the hard disk, memory, processor is running properly. The test results were good.

So what should i do now?

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

We understand your concern and we will provide the information required to help you resolve the issue.

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Stuck in auto repair loop

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.
