Windows 10: Windows stuck in preparing automatic repair

HELP NEEDEDSo I have a gaming laptop, the OS to be exact is Windows 11. It is always stuck in preparing automatic repair, shutting down and powering it on does not help. I want answers on how to solve this since I have data and games on my laptop and it’s just malfunctioning like this.

Preparing Automatic Repair

My son's Lenovo Ideapad 110-15ACL has been stuck on "Preparing Automatic Repair" for over a week now. I can't followed any steps listed for remedying it because the computer doesn't respond to any instructions, like holding F8 or even booting from a USB, at all. Has anyone ideas or it's time to discard this 5-year old laptop?

Hello

My Lenovo laptop has the dreaded stuck in preparing automatic repair loop

It doesn't get past this.

I have tried holding the power key 3 times but windows repair never starts.

I have tried with a USB installation but I get the windows symbol which go's off to a black screen, then nothing.

Can anyone suggest anything else?

I read through numerous forum issues with the same problem and nothing seems to work for me.

• Are you getting any error messages?
• Do you have an installation media for Windows 10 (DVD or USB)?
