    Windows stuck in restart loop whilst trying to update?


    My Windows is stuck in a restart loop where it would start an update on every boot up and display "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer" followed by a restart. This will happen for around 10 loops before letting me into my login screen. I've tried running SFC /scannow on cmd prompt and got this:Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included

    Thank you kindly for your reply zbook. After following steps 6-8 I got this screen. What should I do now?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
