Windows 10: Windows Stuck on Black screen with Blue Loading Cursor after Startup

My PC was fine before installing the most recent windows updates and Nvidia driver updates. Now at startup, will see the white dots spinning to load and after it presents a black screen. If I try to move my mouse cursor it moves, and displays, but shows as a spinning blue cursor icon.When i enter into Windows Recovery and troubleshoot, Startup Repairs says it goes into the repairs but loads back into the black screen with blue circle cursor. I cannot uninstall Updates as both Quality and feature updates fail to uninstall. System Restore has no restore points and System Image recovery has no i

Windows7 fail to load at startup. Just black screen and a cursor.

I have a Todhiba Satellite L505D, that will start to load windows 7 then go yo a black screen with nothing but the cursor. I have tried the F8 on startup, it is ignored, and does the same thing, acts like it is starting windows then goes black with the cursor.

I have seen others complain of this exact same issue, is there a fix?

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake
