Windows 10: Windows stuff dosen't work after updating Windows 10

So my pc updated itself 3 days ago and now i can't use any of the windows related stuff like i can't open the settings, use the search bar or update my windows anymore, the only thing i can open that is windows related is microsoft store does anyone know how to repair this i tried the sfc /scannow and the DISM thing in cmd but the DISM thing says that it can't update my windows because i'm offline but i'm conected to internet. I need help

I need help with my laptop i have a ryzen 5 2500u with vega 8 and windows 10,have the latest updates,i downloaded the driver from amd but it dosen t work please help me

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
