Windows 10: Windows subsystem for Android for multiple users on one PC

I installed the Windows subsystem for Android, and the Amazon App Store on a Windows 11 PC that has two different administrator accounts on it. It only installed it for the account that was logged on at the time of the install. How can I enable it for the other administrator account as well? I subsequently followed a procedure from How to Geek to replace the Amazon App Store with the Google Play Store along with two apps from the Google Play Store, which also went well for the first account, but this procedure will not successfully complete for the second account. I really don't want two i
