Windows 10: Windows Subsystem for Android is not working properly

When clicked on Windows Subsystem for Android, it stays at the loading screen for about 2 minutes before the windows closes itself.During its booting the subsystem seems to occupy no system resoure in Task Manager.

Subsystem ID mismatch

Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.
