Windows 10: windows subsystem for android is saying virtualization is off but its on

windows subsystem for android is saying virtualization is off but its onintel virtualization technology is on in asus biosvirtual machine platform and windows hypervisor platform is on in windows featurestask manager says virtualization is onbut im unable to start subsystem for android

Virtual machine and Windows subsystem for Linux

Once I enable Virtual machine and Windows subsystem for Linux and install Ubuntu from app store on Window 10 home (2004) the laptop screen is having some flickering issues. The issue got resolve if I disable these two.

If anyone experience the issue, please suggest the permanent resolution.

Subsystem ID mismatch

Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.
