Windows 10: Windows Subsystem for Linux Update - 5.10.60.1 Install error - 0x80070643

Hi,I just upgrade to Windows 11 a few days ago. But after I do Windows Update, I found one update that can't be installed which is "Windows Subsystem for Linux Update - 5.10.60.1" and the error is "Install error - 0x80070643" as I do a screen capture below.Do you have any way to fix it, please?Thank you.

I understand that you have downloaded Linux Terminal from Microsoft Store and you are getting an error when running the PowerShell command. However, as per the article

Windows Subsystem for Linux Installation Guide for Windows 10 you need to run the PowerShell command first and then install the required Linux distribution from the store. I suggest you to try running the PowerShell command
first and check.

There is a possibility that there is an issue with the Windows Subsystem for Linux in the current build of your copy of Windows 10. This is the reason why we recommend that you update your Windows 10. Since you've mentioned that you cannot install the latest
update of Windows 10, can you please provide us the error that you're getting when you attempt to update?

Let us resolve first the Windows Update issue so that you will be able to update your copy of Windows 10. Once you can update your Windows 10, we will be able to verify if you will still encounter the issue with Windows Subsystem for Linux while using the
