Windows 10: Windows subsystem not installing

i have installed subsystem earlier from my windows 11 but it was of older version , after few months of using it i uninstalled it using control panel because it was older version and when i am trying to install the latest version of subsystem it gets error in cmd that some files already exist like microsoft vc libs and many others . PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE, I WANT TO INSTALL NEW & LATEST SUBSYSTEM

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Subsystem ID mismatch

Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.
