Windows 10: Windows suddenly disappear from monitor with message how to stay connected Launch the...

Dear Madam / Sir.


My Desktop :


i7-6700K CPU &

i7-4790K CPU.


I have two accounts.

One is Local A/C.

Another is Administrator A/C for each above desktops.


Below case is with i7-6700K CPU Desktop.


After disappearing from the monitor

I found this message < How to stay connected Launch the Tips App. > on the monitor.


I entered the Setting windows as the message showed me.


Settings asked me that < What is your email ? >

I wrote down < my Administrator A/C >

& Login with < Administrator security number >


Settings asked me again, another question < What security number did you enter this PC ? >

I wrote down < The Security number of my Local A/C of this Desktop >.

I thought Settings is important.


Settings show me message < You cannot add another A/C > and suddenly

disappeared from monitor !


I cannot understand whether I made what kind of mistakes with my answer.


Setting is important work, so I answered < Adm A/C and Adm A/C Security numbers > and

to open this windows I used to use Local A/C and Local A/C Security numbers.


Settings advised me that

< Use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** > only in all devices , but

I have two A/C with outlook.com.


For i7-6700K CPU, I have two A/C , One is Local A/C, Another is Administrator A/C.

For i7-4790K CPU, I have Local A/C and Administrator A/C.


Also, I have two A/C of email address with Outlook.com email.

i7-6700K CPU Desktop Administrator A/C name is one email address, and

i7-4790K CPU Desktop Administrator A/C name is another email address.


Until now on, I did not experience any difficulty with using outlook email.


I thinks Settings misunderstands my outlook email.


What is the REASON WHY WINDOWS SUDDRNLY DISAPPER FROM MONITOR ? and

Why Settings experienced confuse to understand Local A/C and Adm A/C ?


I trust Microsoft technicians, but now I feel unconfident with its leading.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Thank you for your response.

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.

Touch Screen as Second Monitor - Apps launching on main monitor

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with using a touch screen as a second monitor.

I have managed to get it to use the touch functionality, so I can press on the touch screen and it will launch Edge, for example. However, my next problem is that it is launching the applications on my main monitor.

Is there some setting I need to change so that it launches on the second monitor.

For some more detail, we are trying to set up Promethean V5 smart panels for a classroom setup. There will be the V5 board connected to a PC and the PC will also have a monitor. The PC monitor has to stay as the main monitor and the setup will be extended (this is not an issue when setting up as a duplicate screen, for obvious reasons).

If anyone has any useful tips or suggestions on things to try I would really appreciate them.
