Windows 10: Windows suddenly shutdown and opening a whole new windows not my old one

Hello there,please helpSuddenly my laptop restarted when I'm doing my work, then its opening a whole new windows with basic shortcut icon like when we first install windows, no data on folder AppData, and all of my apps I've installed is gone. My files in drive isn't gone though, just some personalize data in Drive C:I've check the Windows Log/System especially on event ID: 41,1074,6006,6605,6008. There are 5 event 1 critical, 1 error, and 3 information that happens at the time my laptop restarting.1. Event ID 41; at 21:12:12The system has rebooted without cleanly&n

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
