    Windows suffer sudden 10 shut downs on AC only!?


    I have Dell latitude when heat goes up only on AC windows shut down suddenly without warning but at the same load and same temperature on battery still working.can anyone know if it is a configuration in bios or what knowing that I re-install my windows and checked for cooling system and found nothing.eventThe system was shut down due to a critical thermal event.Shutdown Time = 2021-10-25T15:50:02.052261200ZACPI Thermal Zone = IntelR Dynamic Tuning: TCPUCRT = 378K

    Shut down issue when plugging in the AC adapter

    Hi,

    I have here an issue with my laptop. When I plug in/out the ac adapter, the laptop's screen will black out or shut down at all. When trying to turn it on, it will show RESTARTING WINDOWS. Any suggestions or idea for this issue?

    Windows 10 is unable to complete shut down

    We suggest doing these troubleshooting steps below:

    Method 1. Hard Reset

    • Shut down your computer.
    • Remove the cable and wires connected to your computer.
    • Press the Power button for 10 seconds to completely drain your device.
    • Check if there's any changes.
    Method 2. Shutdown trick.

    • Press Windows key.
    • Press and hold Shift.
    • Click the Power icon.
    • Select and click Shutdown.
