Windows 10: Windows Support Error 404 when downloading a certain file

I have no idea where to post this because there doesn't seem to be anywhere genuinely appropiate to post problems with the Microsoft website. If there is a place to report issues like this, please feel free to tell me so I can post it in a more appropiate place.


The download link provided for the Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter leads to an Error 404.

It attempts to download from the link "https://aka.ms/Program_Install_and_Uninstall", but the file clearly isn't there. If the troubleshooter has been deprecated, then why is there still a download link?

404 NGINX error

I made a patch that copies a fresh copy of the windows "hosts" file to your PC. I made this after work on a PC i had to do that got the error below. After some searching on the net it turns out that this error is most commonly a modified hosts file resulting in certain sites being blocked.
