Windows 10: Windows Support Escalation to Someone Who Can Actually Help

After a windows update on November 15th my Surface 3 stopped accessing the monitors plugged into my SSK SC200 hub. The system could see them, but nothing appeared on the monitors. The first 'agent' I chatted with did something that allowed me to see my monitors again. But the computer applied a Windows update, and I was again not able to see anything on the monitors. As suggested, I took my hub and checked to see if it would work on other computers. It worked on a desktop and a laptop. From then on, the support agents would tell me to download various Windows/Surface resets and now my S

Support Escalation

I have purchased Office 365 and using on Lumia 950XL. The support guy is pathetic, they give some garbage solutions. Can I know whom to escalate the issue. Support Guy even did not transfer me back on the system for the feedback, mentioning that the system
in down.

Anyway it is my mistake to buy Microsoft .

Just wanted to know if I can escalate the ticket - **** to someone else.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
