    Windows Surface Laptop 3 Screen Flicker


    I have a Surface Laptop 3 which I recently upgraded to Windows 11 which developed this sudden screen-flicker whenever the screen remained idle and no activity was being completed. The screen will not flicker if the laptop enters Battery Saver Mode, but the screen will still flicker in standard power mode even while the screen is dimmed.I tried looking in the communities and previous community threads and found similar issues with switching between dark and bright windows which is automatically adjusted which may be related, but I believe this is a completely separate issue that I do not think

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
