Windows 10: Windows Sync Center not working perfectly mobsync.exe

in my company, I have enabled folder redirection via group policy and redirection applied well and working fine.but when the users are going to work outside of the company network, they cannot work in Microsoft office 365 applications since it says desktop can't ac accessed.when I investigated the issue, I identified that the windows sync center did not sync the redirected folder and even didn't started in the background.I tried the below steps and after all steps, it started to work.1. Disable offline files and restarted2. Enabled offline files and restartedcan anyone help

The Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center replaces ActiveSync for Windows Vista. Since you are already using it on Windows 10, and facing issues in connection a device, I would suggest you to refer the
Troubleshooting tips section in the article
Description of Windows Mobile Device Center and see if that helps.



However, we have Windows Sync Center in Windows 10, which allows you to sync between your PC and certain mobile devices that are compatible with Sync Center.



Refer the steps mentioned below to configure Windows Sync Center:

1. Press Windows Logo key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type mobsync and click on
   OK.
   
3. Click on Manage offline files from the left pane.
   
4. On the General tab, click on
   Enable offline files to enable the offline files.
   
5. You can configure the Disk Usage by going to
   Disk Usage tab. If you wish to change the disk usage limits click on
   Change limits.
   
6. If you want to Encrypt the files, go the Encryption tab and select Encrypt.

Removing Sync-Centre / Offline Files

Hi Dave. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Sync Center is only in Pro and Server, otherwise it's OneDrive.

To disable Sync Center see here:

How to Stop Sync Center (Mobsync.exe) from Running in Windows

To disable OneDrive, sign out of it after changing in Settings for it to Start with Windows.

Windows Mobile Device Center error

Sync center will provide the synchronization required. You will need to reconfigure the sync. Follow these steps:

1. Windows key + X > Control Panel > Sync Center
   
2. Select Sync step
   
3. Connect your device via USB
