Windows 10: Windows System Service Exception Blue screen when running MSFS 2020 Windows 10

Hi Everyone,For the past two weeks I have been trying to run MSFS 2020 on my Alienware laptop. But after about 2 hours of flight time it either does one of two things:1. The computer completely freezes and I have to hold the power off button for about 5 seconds to turn it off More frequent2. I get the blue screen message with the stop code "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION"I have tried performing a memory scan, checked for updates on windows, Nvidia GeForce drivers and Microsoft store but nothing seems to help. I am currently on Windows 10 version 22H2 19045.3208.Any help would be much apricated

I already paid for and downloaded MSFS 2020, and played it. Now after doing the Windows 2004 update MSFS 2020 will not start, just goes to screen

We understand your concern as you are getting a Blue screen of death with System Service Exception stop code error. Thank you for the Mini dump file provided in the post, we analyzed and found ntkrnlmp.exe is an executable file associated with Windows
Operating System. When Windows OS starts running in your computer, the programs that contain ntkrnlmp.exe will be executed and loaded into RAM and runs there as a NT Kernel & System process.



In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Are you aware of any changes, prior to this issue?
