  2. I graduated from Windows 7 to Windows 10, my clock jumps ahead an hour -- not all the time;

    Karthicka,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I did create a new account. Well, I didn't; Dell did, as I watched. The problem is still here, only the time jumped ahead two hours instead of one. At this point, I see no alternative but to do the system reset. I would like to
    save my settings, URLs visited, etc.

    Thanks

    Frank

    Cursor jumps ahead

    Frequently, my cursor jumps ahead, often a half-screen or full-screen worth. I have recently made several changes to my system" updated Win 10 from Ver 1903 to 2004 and replaced my Logitech Performance MX wireless mouse with a Logitech MX Master, which uses new software. Also, this happens most often on Facebook, which itself has changed its software.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Rohit,

    To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to turn off the Jump Lists on Windows 10:

    • Go to Start menu, search Settings, then press
      Enter.
    • Click Personalization.
    • Select Start.
    • Turn off the Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar.

    Let us know how it goes.
