Windows 10: windows/system32/cmd.exe Kept popping out and disappearing a second later

Hello, I am starting to have a problem with a windows/system32/cmd.exe window popping up at random times on my laptop and disappearing a second later. it usually closes my chrome tabs and reopen them as well. I am currently using a windows 11 laptop and it is really starting to get annoying. it not only affects my overall experience, it also closes my unsaved works on chrome every timeI did a thorough virus scan with the built-in virus protection in settings... no luck. i reinstalled chrome hoping it would stop.. no luck as well. does anyone know what to do?

CMD window appears and disappears

Since yesterday in Windows 10 Command prompt window appears and disappears. It opens up and closes as quickly as it popped up. In the cmd window it says " c:\Windows\system32\ipconfig.exe

 

cmd /k command

Windows 10:
When I start a shortcut to a .exe file with cmd /c, a black command window pops up for about 2 seconds, then it disappears and the .exe program runs. How can I prevent to black command window to pop up and directly run the .exe program?

 

WIN10 Computer to computer CMD pop up

My brother had a command prompt pop-up window appear on his screen then disappear, few seconds later, a command prompt window pop-up appeared on my screen. I looked at the CMD window that showed for like 20 secs but nothing was in there, I was able to click the X button.

Why did this happen? how can I track it? Any information?
