Windows 10: windows tablet stuck at 64% after reset

I attempted to reset factory settings on windows tablet. It is just stuck in a loop.

• Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• How are you upgrading your operating system?

Windows 10 Laptop Reset Stuck at 64% and keeps on restarting.

My Windows reset is stuck at 64%. My Tablet is made by Onda with an Intel core z8300 cherrytrailIt runs on the windows build 1511 because I couldn't update it any further. Because it is a Tablet it is hard to perform these steps, because i would need a
possibility to Boot from a stick or DVD. Of course it has no disc reader and just one micro USB port The troubleshooting options in the uefi setup

Can you pls help me? Or do you need any further information

 

Windows 10 reset stuck at 64%

I have the same problem, Windows 10 upgrade is stuck at 64%.

I tried your suggestion with USB stick but nothing happened when I inserted the USB into ASUS Laptop it is still at 64%

Do you have any other suggestions please?
