Windows 10: Windows tablet won't turn on.

So I have a windows tablet and I was using it as I normally would. Then it died as it normally would. I put it on the charger when it finished charging. I proceeded to turn it on then as it came on it did the standard Windows diagnosing PC. So seeing that I assumed something was causing Windows to not boot properly. That was certainly the case Windows wasn't booting up. So then it filed to find the problem and fix itself. So it told me the standard try resting your PC. Resetting your PC could usually fix the problem. So I did that I held down the power button until it completely turned off. Then I proceeded to turn it back on. Same thing I wouldn't boot into Windows. So I then went online and searched every website, every forum, every, reddit post. To try and see if I could find the problem as to why it was not boosting into Windows seeing as the diagnosing PC didn't really help me. I didn't find the problem so I couldn't fix it. I mean I could've fixed it but since I don't know what the problem is I can't really fix it. So my next option was to format it and start fresh. I boot into the trouble shooting menu to format it. I click format and delete everything. It starts to format its at 1% for like a second or so then it jumps up to 33%. It's at 33% for a minuet or so. Then it craps out and fails and it starts undoing changes. I tried it again same thing. Tried it again same thing. So now let's add that to the list. Now not only will it not boot into Windows in won't format. Okay now my next and final option is to start completely fresh and install a new copy of Windows 10. So I download the Windows Creation Tool on my PC. Plug in a 16GB flash drive proceed to format it and install Windows on it. After all is done I start to install the new copy of Windows 10 on my Windows tablet. My tablet only has a micro USB port, mini homie port, headphone Jack, and a micro SD Card slot. With there being no USA port I'd have to use my micro USB to female adapter. Once done I boot into the Windows troubleshooting to boot the USB drive to start the installation. Everything goes smoothly and I try to begin to set everything up. Seeing as it's a tablet I just assume I can touchscreen my way through the set up process. Touchscreen obviously didn't work so I had to use my keyboard. So since I only have one USB port via my micro USB adapter I had to use my USB hub. Okay that's fine so I completely turn it off before removing the USB stick. The I plug everything up and proceed to turn it on. I again go into the Windows troubleshooting to boot the USB drive. While in troubleshooting the tablet turns itself off. So I assume oh it must be dead. Now it won't turn on so I think okay it must be dead. So I put it on charger and let it charge for a couple of hours. Finally I plug everything back up and attempt to turn it on. It won't come on I'm pressing and holding the power button and It still won't come on. The red light comes up when I put it on the charger. So I can only assume it's charging. So my question is why isn't it coming on?

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
