Windows 10: windows tabs randomly freezing

like 3 days ago ever since i updated to the newest windows version my tabs on stuff like chrome,games they'd randomly freeze like for example i could play a game and the bottom half would freeze while the top half is responsive then it would all be responsive or it could freeze on chrome and when i swap tabs the frozen part stays on the next tab until it unfreezes but i dont know what this is it could be a new windows update bug or malware possibly but i havent installed anything random

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
